Royal Albert Hall 2023

A small number of enthusiastic musicians were given the chance to attend Future Makers at the Royal Albert Hall. Future Makers showcased a number of live music acts aged 14-18 who, after a rigorous audition process, were given the chance to perform at the Royal Albert Hall.

The event was hosted by the saxophonist, Jess Gillam, and poet, LionHeart. Prior to watching the show, the pupils were treated to a guided tour of this world-famous venue – and they were even allowed in the Royal box!

As an added bonus, we manged to find time to make a short visit to the Science Museum before walking across Hyde Park and heading back to Dolphin on the train. Perhaps one day, one of the musicians on this trip will be standing on the stage at the Royal Albert Hall….!
