Y4 enjoyed an awe-inspiring science trip to the historic location of Greenwich Observatory.

The children stood on the renowned Prime Meridian Line, placing one foot in the east and one in the west of the Prime Meridian of the world.

They learnt all about Greenwich Mean Time and how Greenwich came to be the home of time. They also marvelled at one of the UK's largest telescopes and got close and personal with our universe in the planetarium. A great day was had by all!
