‘Wondercrump’ and ‘Scrumdiddlyumptious’!

What a ‘razzlewhizzler’ of a time Year 3 had during their visit to the Roald Dahl Museum! Everyone enjoyed a ‘spiffling’ adventure exploring the galleries, discovering all the mischievous things Roald Dahl got up to during his schooldays, and learning how he used those experiences to create his beloved characters and stories.

Did you know he never erased anything in his writing? Instead, he edited, added, and polished his work meticulously. The childreneven had the chance to try our hand at editing some of his original drafts from the archives!

It was an inspiring and truly ‘swashboggling’ day for everyone involved!
